Clinic Manager

Tara Higby has been a valuable part of the clinic since 2008.  Tara is dedicated to ensuring each patient has a positive experience and is always seeking ways to improve workflows so our office can provide efficient health care.  She attends many conferences and webinars to keep up to date on the ever-changing healthcare system.  She is registered with the Health Insurance Marketplace as a Certified Application Counselor which allows her to assist applicants with finding affordable health insurance.  Tara and husband, Josh, have two children, Davin and Remi.  She is a veteran of the Nebraska Army National Guard and Vice President of the Sutton Area Chamber of Commerce.  Tara loves spending time with her family; attending ball games in the summer, church on Sundays, riding in their “Americaddy” on warm summer days and occasionally shooting guns with her husband.

Clinical Support Team

Samantha Keffer started with Quality Healthcare in 2013 after completing the Medical Assisting program at CCC in Hastings.  Samantha was raised in Fairfield, NE and went to Sandy Creek High School.  She is married to Phillip and the couple have 4 children, Trinity, Jasmine, Tre and Alyssa.  Samantha plays a vital role in assisting our providers with patient check in, insurance authorizations, chronic care management, performing lab draws, taking x-rays and much, much more.  Samantha also enjoys spending time with her family and managing a busy household.

Samantha Barritt is a graduate of Sutton High School.  She received her LPN in 2017 from Southeast Community College.  She is pursuing her RN education at Central Community College in Grand Island and plans to graduate in May of 2019. She has been at Quality Healthcare since July of 2017 and enjoys working in the clinical setting where she is able to get to know the patients and provide clinical support for our providers.  Samantha currently lives with parents, Doug and Cathy, and brother, Cody, while attending college and working.  She enjoys helping on their family farm with their many animals including her horse, Lena and their many Corgis. Samantha also likes spending time with her friends on weekends.
