WE WANT YOU! To join our 2020 Weight Loss and Lifestyle Education Group! February 9th we will start a new group for those who are ready to shed a few pounds and improve their lives. If you would like to be a part of this group then download the following files, fill them out and return them to the office or you can fill them out and email them to admin@qualityhealthcareclinic.com. Lifestyle Education Agreement This group will meet once a week for 4 weeks on Sundays from 4 till 6. Registration fees for this group are $40 per person, paid on or before February 6th as well as $14.99 paid during the night of the first class for Dr. Fit and Fabulous’s personal training app. We will also be offering an online course through Zoom at the same time for those who are unable to be there in person. Registration fees can be paid in person at Quality Healthcare Clinic at 301 S. Way Ave, Sutton NE, 68979, or over the phone by calling 402-773-0115 during regular business hours.
