Our bi-annual health fair will be held the week of September 10th – 14th from 8-9 am.  The cost for the blood panel is $45.  Additional tests available:  PSA Screening $25 and Hemoglobin A1C (for diabetes) $15.  Please come in fasting!  First-come-first-served.
